Park City Mountain Biking

Deer Valley Area - notice her scraped knee and very dirty shirt.  These were earned from falling super man style while running (not riding) back down the trail after venturing back to take a closer look at a pile of horse droppings we passed.  The pair also laid the bike over on a technical section of this trail, but that only caused a small scratch on her hip.

 Round Valley Area - this photo makes it look easy, but there were actually several rocky sections and elevation changes the pair had to work through (they did awesome).

Round Valley Area - home stretch heading back down to Park City.  Good job to the Dad for powering through a mountain trail with an extra bike and person in tow.  Good job to the E for consistent pedaling and enduring rocky sections sans suspension.

New Wheels

This is the second Christmas in a row that NaNa and PopPop have given Elsinore a new car for Christmas. I can't wait to see what the future holds. Luckily it was uncharacteristically warm in Snoqualmie over the holidays, so Elsinore was able to test out her new ride in the neighborhood.

Airplane!

Elsinore loves airplanes...from identifying them by sight or sound, to playing with toys and books with airplane themes. She was a perfect passenger to and from Seattle for our Christmas trip.

We spent a wonderful week in Minneapolis. Steve and I attended the IS&T Non Impact Printing Conference during the day while NaNa and Elsinore played. In our free time we toured the city via light rail. The weather was perfect... 70 degress and blue skies.
