A Day w/ the Ladies

Took the dogs for a hike in the morning, then Tia and I rode our bikes to the Farmer's Market where we met Marcy, Nora and Ryann for lunch.  It was a big day with perfect weather.

Karate

Elsinore and I take Karate together on Monday nights.  It has become my favorite night of the week.  These kids are all great and the instructors, Lisa and Charles, are fabulous.
