Cooking for Aunt Ruth

 Elsi and I spent an entire afternoon together cooking and I did very little aside from instruct.  She made a delicious artichoke and spinach dip lasagna (long process), a salad, and black bean brownies with whipped cream she made by hand!.  It was so very good!

Aunt Ruth made the towel for her so she sent the above photo to Uncle O, who was in Costa Rica at the time.

It was my favorite day of February.
